LEVEL 2

Level 2 is for staff who have completed Level 1 and want to take their coaching skills further. This isn’t just for teachers; leadership, pastoral staff and support roles all benefit from the deeper practice and application.

Individually, it’s about using coaching more intentionally and with greater confidence. As a school, the goal is to embed coaching into daily practice so it becomes part of how your community solves problems, supports growth and drives change.

Around 6 hours of learning and practice over time, with a mix of guided self-paced content, practical challenges and community discussion. Staff can work through it flexibly alongside their day-to-day roles.

It’s 100% online and self-paced, so staff can complete it whenever it works best for them. No live sessions to schedule, no complicated tech, just a simple link to join.

Yes. Level 1 provides the foundation. Without the shared language and baseline skills, the deeper learning in Level 2 won’t have the same impact.

No minimum, but Level 2 works best when many members of staff are progressing together, so they can support, practise and reflect with each other in context.
