A six-month programme comprising eight hours per month of self-paced learning, collaborative group work and facilitated sessions.

Fully online. A blend of facilitated cohort sessions, peer-to-peer trios and pods, and self-paced learning. You’ll access a rich library of leadership resources while working inside a supportive community that drives accountability, reflection and brave growth.

Leaders assess progress by analysing staff feedback, monitoring the growing use of coaching language and identifying demonstrable evidence of coaching approaches within decision-making processes and professional development practices.

Level 1 and Level 2 (or The Anatomy and Journey) are required for everyone.
