 Six-month immersive leadership Lab
Ideal for educators ready to lead whole-school coaching culture
Level 1 + 2 completion
Culture Architects skilled in systems design, relational intelligence and change leadership
Lead Lasting Change
Level 3 is for educators ready to shape the coaching culture their school has been envisioning for years. This six-month Lab builds your capability to design, coordinate and lead the systems that make coaching sustainable.
Through peer-to-peer and cohort learning, real school-based projects, coaching practice and strategic design work, you’ll develop the skills needed to embed coaching at scale. By the end, you'll have created a strategic embedding plan and a portfolio that reflects your identity as a Culture Architect. Your school then benefits from having someone who turns coaching from an initiative into a long-term cultural blueprint.
