A new era of coaching in schools is beginning.

Levels 1, 2, and 3 are the new self-paced courses replacing The Anatomy, The Journey and The Art.

• Level 1: a short, accessible introduction to core coaching skills.
• Level 2: a deeper journey that builds on Level 1.
• Level 3: an advanced pathway (still in design) for embedding coaching across entire schools.

As a Certified Facilitator, you will each be gifted seats to share with your community once they go live.

The new self-paced Levels provide a shared foundation in coaching for large groups of educators. This allows schools to move faster, while you, as a facilitator and coaching leader, focus on what you do best: amplifying coaching through in-person support. Absolutely not! In fact, quite the opposite. You’ll become a Level 3 Coach, which recognises your experience and places you at the heart of the movement. This isn’t about taking something away. It’s about giving you more flexibility, more opportunities and more ways to make an impact. It's all about giving you content that’s easier to adapt and share.

Your licence is evolving. You’ll keep your Licence and Portal access until January 1st 2027. After Janurary 1st, the Portal will close and the materials will no longer be supported.

From September 1st, we’re retiring the licence fee. You’ll keep full access to your Certified Facilitator materials right through to January 1, 2027,  at no cost. Why? Because we want to remove every barrier for you to do what you do best: bringing coaching to life in your schools and communities.

Instead of putting your Licence fee towards this coming academic year's annual licence, we encourage you to share Level 1 and Level 2 with your community!

For those who renewed recently, we can confirm that this will be your final payment. Specifically, for those of you who renewed it in the last three months, you’ll receive an additional gift from us: extended free access to the Leadership Subscription and additional seats on Level 1 and 2. Expect an email from us directly in the coming weeks.

The new Leadership Subscription is a growing library of adaptable tools, resources and playbooks you can tailor to your context. It will replace the Certified Facilitator Licence, though both will run in parallel for a transition period. The subscription gives schools the flexibility to choose, adapt and apply resources as needed. Pricing is being finalised, but it’s expected to be a fraction of the current Licence.
