The future needs coaching
Leaders and staff are under more pressure than ever. Students are facing a future nobody can quite picture yet.
The schools that will thrive are the ones that put connection, conversation and a coach-like culture at the centre of everything they do.
This day explores how coaching fuels the future!
Committed to change
Starting coaching is one thing. Keeping it alive through leadership changes, packed timetables, sceptical colleagues and the relentless pace of school life is another.
This day is for those committed to (and curious about) the long haul.
What to expect?
- Best practice from schools who are making coaching work
- A deep dive into AI and what it means for coaching in education
- Measuring impact: how to show that coaching is working
- Community coaching sessions where you'll coach and be coached
- Connection with educators from across the UK and abroad
Best practice, shared openly
The most powerful learning doesn't come from a stage, it comes from the person sitting next to you who figured something out last term that you've been struggling with for two years.
This day is built around that kind of sharing.
Your community is here
You don't have to do this alone. Coaching Day brings together educators from across the UK and abroad who are doing exactly what you are doing championing coaching in their schools.
This is the day you spend time with your tribe and remember you're not the only one.
Who is it for?
Anyone who wants to improve the quality of their conversations.
How much is it?
For Certified Facilitators attendance is FREE as part of their Licence. £150 per person for all other attendees
