Individually, the aim is to be 10% more coach-like in everyday conversations. As a school, the goal is to establish a shared coaching language so everyone is on the same page when it comes to communication and problem-solving.

Around 3 hours of self-paced online learning. Staff can complete it in smaller chunks that fit into their schedules, and there’s no expiry — once enrolled, they can revisit the content anytime.
