Graydin's Mini Online Coaching Day is a four-hour space to think, share and move coaching forward in your school, no matter where you are on your coaching journey.
We’ll start with a short update from Graydin, what we’re seeing across schools, what’s shifting, and more about how the Licence is coming back in January 2027 🎉
From there, we’ll introduce a new coaching tool for you to experience and consider where it could make a difference in your everyday conversations.
You’ll then hear from schools who are actively building coaching cultures, honestly sharing what they’ve been doing, what’s worked and what they’re still figuring out.
In fact, we'll workshop one school’s strategy together, before giving you space to begin shaping (or refining) your own approach, something you can build on and take forward into September.
We’ll close with focused coaching, so you leave with a clearer plan and a next step you feel ready to take.
All that in four hours, with a few breaks, we promise.Â
