The school year doesn't leave much room to pause. Days fill themselves. And often, the conversations that matter most, get squeezed into the margins.Â
Coaching Day provides some much needed space.
It's Graydin's annual, community-centred event: one day, one room, set aside entirely for your and your school's growth.Â
After nearly ten Coaching Days, we know what makes them special: the time to connect, learn and grow with one another. So that's exactly what we're doing this year — creating Space to Grow. Whether you've been embedding coaching for quite a while or you're just starting out, this day will be focused on learning from each other and spending time WITH YOUR TRIBE!Â

WHO IS COACHING DAY FOR?
If you're a Certified Start With Heart Facilitator, you'll know this is the one day each year where we come together in person to connect, share best practice and leave with momentum that lasts all year.
And if you're just starting out or new to coaching, you'll find a community genuinely eager to share what's worked in their schools and how they've overcome the coaching challenges you're facing now.
